Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ham, cubed and cooked
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley (optional)

Directions:

Preheat the oven: prepare your oven and set it to 375F or 190C and take out a 9×9 inch casserole dish and lubricate it.

Prepare the Creamy Base: In a large bowl, add in the heavy cream, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until well incorporated and smooth.

Assemble the Casserole: Evenly distribute the cubed portions of baked ham over the basing layer inside the baking dish. The mixture is homogenous, so pour it over the ham cubes. Finally, add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake: Place the casserole and bake at 180C for twenty to thirty minutes or until the cheese has completely melted and is slightly browned on the surface.
