- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper optional
- 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
Turn Instant Pot to Sauté. Add olive oil, onions, and garlic. Sauté 2-3 minutes.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, and spices.
Add zucchini and optional bell peppers. Stir well.
Seal Instant Pot and set to High Pressure for 5 minutes.
Quick release. Stir and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
