Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper optional
  • 1/2 cup chopped zucchini

Instructions
 

  • Turn Instant Pot to Sauté. Add olive oil, onions, and garlic. Sauté 2-3 minutes.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  • Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, and spices.
  • Add zucchini and optional bell peppers. Stir well.
  • Seal Instant Pot and set to High Pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Quick release. Stir and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
