- 1 cup whey isolate protein powder 100g — vanilla or chocolate
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 40g
- ¼ cup almond flour 25–28g
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup thick Greek yogurt 240g
- ½ cup dark chocolate melted (85–100g)
- 2 whole eggs
- ½ cup egg whites 120 ml
- ⅓ cup sweetener 65g — allulose recommended
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, egg whites, sweetener, and vanilla.
Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add the whey isolate, cocoa powder, almond flour, and salt.
Fold gently until the batter becomes thick and evenly mixed.
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment and pour the batter inside.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 18–22 minutes, until edges are set and center remains slightly soft.
