  • 2 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 –2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: Parmesan chicken/turkey bacon

  • Steam cauliflower until fork-tender, ~8–10 min.
  • Transfer to blender/mixer; add yogurt, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until creamy.
  • Fold in optional bacon or cheese.
