Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup cooked cauliflower chopped
  • ¼ cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Steam or microwave cauliflower until soft. Chop or mash.
  • Mix cauliflower, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  • (Optional) Broil for 1–2 minutes to brown the top.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
