- Sugar-free dark chocolate chips — 1½ cups 270–300 g
- Heavy cream — ½ cup 120 ml
- Unsalted butter — 2 tbsp 28 g
- Powdered allulose or erythritol — 2–3 tbsp
- Vanilla extract — 1½ tsp
- Pinch sea salt optional
Prep: Line an 8×8 pan with parchment, leaving overhang.
