Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium russet potatoes 7–8 oz each
  • 1 –2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Optional: garlic powder paprika, black pepper
  • Favorite toppings sour cream, cheese, turkey bacon bits, chives, butter, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Wash, scrub, and dry the potatoes. Prick each potato 4–5 times with a fork.
  • Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Place potatoes in a single layer in the basket.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Check doneness with fork or thermometer (target ~205°F / 96°C inside).
  • Cut open, fluff with a fork, and add toppings.
