Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g beef liver
  • 1 large onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Marinate liver: Combine olive oil, vinegar, and spices in a bowl. Add liver and toss to coat.
  • Cook onions: Air fry onions for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway. Remove.
  • Air fry liver: Place liver in a single layer. Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp is 160°F (71°C).
  • Combine: Add onions back over liver and air fry 2 more minutes.
  • Serve hot with parsley or lemon wedge.
