- 1 lb 450g beef liver
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Marinate liver: Combine olive oil, vinegar, and spices in a bowl. Add liver and toss to coat.
