- 1 rack beef ribs ~1 lb / 450g
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 –3 tbsp BBQ sauce
Preheat air fryer to 180°C / 356°F.
Remove membrane and pat ribs dry.
Rub olive oil and spices evenly over ribs.
Place in air fryer, leaving space; cook 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
