- 2 ½ cups 300g all-purpose flour
- 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
- 2 tbsp butter softened
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
- ¾ cup warm milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg optional, for wash
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Mix flour, yeast, sweetener, and salt. Add warm milk + butter.
Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled.
Divide dough into 8–10 pieces, shape into rolls.
Proof 20 minutes in basket.
Air fry 350°F (175°C) for 12–14 mins until golden, internal temp 190°F (88°C).
Brush with butter, serve warm.
