Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups 300g all-purpose flour
  • 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg optional, for wash

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix flour, yeast, sweetener, and salt. Add warm milk + butter.
  • Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  • Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled.
  • Divide dough into 8–10 pieces, shape into rolls.
  • Proof 20 minutes in basket.
  • Air fry 350°F (175°C) for 12–14 mins until golden, internal temp 190°F (88°C).
  • Brush with butter, serve warm.
