  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Optional: ¼ tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice
  • Optional: 1 tsp grated parmesan
