- 2 –3 catfish fillets ~150–200g each
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon zest optional
- 1 tbsp lemon juice for serving
Preheat air fryer to 200°C / 392°F.
Pat fillets dry.
Brush lightly with olive oil.
