Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • Form 6 small fritters (about 2 tbsp each).
  • Place in air fryer basket with space between.
  • Air fry 14–16 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying lightly with oil.
  • Check internal temp — should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve hot with your favorite dip or side.
