- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Form 6 small fritters (about 2 tbsp each).
Place in air fryer basket with space between.
Air fry 14–16 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying lightly with oil.
Check internal temp — should reach 165°F (74°C).
Serve hot with your favorite dip or side.
