- 2 medium potatoes boiled & mashed
- 200 g corned beef chopped
- 100 g cheddar cheese grated
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 egg beaten
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: paprika & herbs
Preheat air fryer to 180°C / 356°F.
Mash boiled potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper.
Sauté onions until soft.
Layer mashed potatoes, corned beef, onions, and cheese in an air fryer-safe dish.
Top with remaining mashed potatoes and cheese.
Brush top with beaten egg.
Air fry at 180°C / 356°F for 15–20 minutes.
Optional: Increase to 200°C / 392°F for last 3 minutes for a golden finish.
Serve warm with garnish of choice.
