- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp almond flour or crushed pork rinds
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 slices turkey bacon optional
- 4 cheese slices cheddar, Swiss, or provolone
