Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp almond flour or crushed pork rinds
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 slices turkey bacon optional
  • 4 cheese slices cheddar, Swiss, or provolone
  • Keto buns or lettuce wraps for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Mix beef, egg, almond flour, and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Shape into 4 patties; indent centers.
  • Spray lightly with oil; place in air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Ensure internal temp is 160°F (71°C).
  • Add cheese/turkey bacon in last 2 minutes.
  • Rest 2 minutes, assemble, and serve.
