- 500 g ground beef or lamb
- 1 small onion grated
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp baking soda optional
- Olive oil spray
Mix meat, onion, garlic, spices, parsley, and baking soda gently.
Divide into 8–10 portions; shape into cylinders or ovals.
Preheat air fryer to 200°C / 400°F.
Lightly spray kebabs with olive oil; place in basket without touching.
Cook at 200°C / 400°F for 10 minutes; flip and cook 8–10 minutes more.
Check internal temp: 75°C / 165°F.
Optional: Extra 2 min high-heat finish for crispiness.
Serve hot with salad, yogurt sauce, or flatbreads.
