  • 3 –4 large peaches sliced
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Topping
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  • Mix peach slices with sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and lemon juice; let sit 5–10 mins.
  • Combine topping ingredients until crumbly.
  • Spread peaches in air fryer-safe pan; sprinkle topping evenly.
  • Cook 15 mins at 160°C (320°F), then 3–4 mins at 180°C (356°F) for crispness.
  • Check filling is bubbly and topping golden. Serve warm.
