Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp water
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs

Instructions
 

  • Lightly oil two ramekins and crack one egg into each.
  • Add 1 tsp water to each.
  • Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  • Place ramekins in air fryer basket, cook 6–8 minutes.
  • Check whites are set, remove with tongs.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Serve immediately.
