- 3 medium potatoes diced (1-inch cubes)
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp rosemary or thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes parmesan, parsley
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
Prep potatoes & onions: Wash, dry, dice potatoes, and slice onions.
