- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 small apple finely diced
- Optional: 1–2 tbsp chia or flaxseeds
