- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts
- 1 tbsp sugar-free syrup or light butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
