  • 4 large tomatoes sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Optional: Parmesan or nutritional yeast

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice tomatoes into ½-inch rounds.
  • Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
