Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz shrimp
  • 6 oz turkey sausage
  • 4 cups butternut squash noodles
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet with oil, cook sausage until browned. Remove.
  • Add shrimp, season with Cajun, cook until pink. Remove.
  • Sauté garlic, add broth, stir in Greek yogurt for sauce.
  • Toss in squash noodles, cook 3–4 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and sausage back, toss gently.
  • Serve hot with parsley garnish.
