- 12 oz shrimp
- 6 oz turkey sausage
- 4 cups butternut squash noodles
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Salt & pepper
Heat skillet with oil, cook sausage until browned. Remove.
Add shrimp, season with Cajun, cook until pink. Remove.
Sauté garlic, add broth, stir in Greek yogurt for sauce.
Toss in squash noodles, cook 3–4 minutes.
Add shrimp and sausage back, toss gently.
Serve hot with parsley garnish.
