- 2 cups riced cauliflower
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet.
Steam cauliflower, then squeeze out moisture.
Mix cauliflower with egg, cheeses, garlic, almond flour, and seasoning.
Shape into tots, place on baking sheet.
Bake 20–25 min (flip halfway) or air fry 12–15 min.
Serve hot with dip of choice.
