Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups riced cauliflower
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet.
  • Steam cauliflower, then squeeze out moisture.
  • Mix cauliflower with egg, cheeses, garlic, almond flour, and seasoning.
  • Shape into tots, place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 20–25 min (flip halfway) or air fry 12–15 min.
  • Serve hot with dip of choice.
