- 2 cups shredded chicken breast
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup light cream cheese
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ cup almond milk
- Salt pepper, onion powder
Preheat oven to 375°F and spray an 8x8 baking dish.
Steam broccoli until tender.
Mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, almond milk, and half the cheese.
Add chicken and broccoli; stir to coat.
Spread in dish, top with remaining cheese.
Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
