Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions
