- 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup Parmesan
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp light cream cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp parsley
