- 1 onion diced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1- inch ginger grated
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt pepper
- Cilantro
Place chicken in crockpot.
