Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 1/2 lb chicken chorizo
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: spinach or zucchini

Instructions
 

  • Dice chicken, bell pepper, onion, and garlic; pre-measure spices.
  • Heat oil in skillet, cook chicken until lightly browned; remove.
  • Cook chorizo for 3–4 minutes; add onions, garlic, and peppers.
  • Return chicken to skillet, season with paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook 2–3 more minutes until flavors meld.
  • Optional: garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
