- 1 lb chicken breast cubed
- 1/2 lb chicken chorizo
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: spinach or zucchini
Dice chicken, bell pepper, onion, and garlic; pre-measure spices.
