- 2 rainbow trout fillets ~5–6 oz each
- 1 tsp olive oil or avocado oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Optional garnish: parsley or chives
Pat trout fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
