Ingredients
  

  • 2 rainbow trout fillets ~5–6 oz each
  • 1 tsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Optional garnish: parsley or chives

Instructions
 

  • Pat trout fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook fillets skin-side down for 3–4 minutes until edges turn opaque and skin is crispy.
  • Flip carefully; cook 2–3 more minutes.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over fillets and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve immediately.
