Ingredients
  

  • 4 tilapia fillets 4–6 oz each
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 small jalapeño optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend cilantro, parsley, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add jalapeño if desired.
  • Pat tilapia fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
