- 4 tilapia fillets 4–6 oz each
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 small jalapeño optional
