Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 medium tomatoes sliced
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high.
  • Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill chicken 6–7 minutes per side until 165°F.
  • Top each breast with tomato and mozzarella slices; cover for 2–3 minutes to soften cheese.
  • Garnish with basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
