  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 –2 tsp low-carb sweetener
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 –2 tbsp sugar-free jelly
