  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1/4 cup low-fat shredded cheese optional
  • 1/4 cup diced turkey/chicken bacon
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
