Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices low-carb bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 –2 tsp sugar-free fruit spread
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla. Chill 10 min.
  • Spread filling on 2 slices of bread, top with remaining slices.
