Ingredients
  

  • 400 g firm tofu
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup broccoli florets steamed
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease baking dish.
  • Steam broccoli until tender.
  • Blend tofu, eggs, almond milk, garlic & onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Fold in broccoli.
  • Pour mixture into dish and bake 25–30 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  • Cool 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
