- 400 g firm tofu
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup broccoli florets steamed
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast optional
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease baking dish.
Steam broccoli until tender.
Blend tofu, eggs, almond milk, garlic & onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Fold in broccoli.
Pour mixture into dish and bake 25–30 minutes until set and lightly golden.
Cool 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
