- 1 scoop ≈30 g protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 cup 140 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp 24 g chia seeds
- ½ cup 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Low-carb sweetener to taste optional
Chill yogurt and almond milk briefly.
Blend yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds; fold in half the berries for whole-fruit pockets (or pulse berries for swirls).
