  • 2 orange roughy fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat broiler or oven to high.
  • Pat fillets dry with paper towels.
  • Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush mixture onto fillets evenly.
