  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup mashed chickpeas
  • ½ cup grated carrots
  • ¼ cup chopped peppers
  • ¼ cup chopped spinach
  • ¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 egg white
  • Garlic onion, paprika, salt, pepper
