- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup carrots
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups cauliflower
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp cheddar
- 1 tsp butter
- Salt pepper, garlic powder
