- ½ cup no-calorie sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- Up to ⅔ cup almond milk
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup soy flour
- ½ cup flax meal
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon + ¼ tsp nutmeg optional
