  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp light mayo
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 medium jicama sliced
