Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops protein powder vanilla
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream optional
  • 1 –2 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener to taste
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or orange flavor.
  • Pour into popsicle molds; insert sticks and freeze 4–6 hours.
  • Unmold by running warm water over molds briefly.
