- 8 oz light cream cheese
- ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
