  • 8 oz light cream cheese
  • ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
