- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ginger
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 –2 tbsp monk fruit or erythritol optional
- 2 –4 tbsp water
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Peel, core, and slice pears into even chunks.
