Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 lb lean turkey/chicken sausage
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil eggs (6–7 minutes soft, 9–10 minutes hard). Cool in ice bath and peel.
  • Mix sausage with almond flour and seasonings.
  • Flatten sausage mixture and wrap evenly around each egg.
  • Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes, or air fry at 375°F for 15–18 minutes.
  • Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.
