- 1 ½ lbs chicken breast
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 onion 2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp ginger
- Spices: garam masala cumin, paprika, turmeric, chili powder
- ½ cup almond milk
- Salt pepper, cilantro
Marinate chicken with yogurt and half the spices for 30 minutes.
Add sauce ingredients to slow cooker. Stir well.
Add marinated chicken. Cook on LOW 5–6 hrs or HIGH 3 hrs.
Stir in a spoon of yogurt before serving.
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
