Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups green beans trimmed
  • 2 chicken sausages 6 oz, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • ½ onion sliced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in skillet, cook sausage slices until golden, set aside.
  • Sauté garlic, onion, and bell pepper for 3 minutes.
  • Add beans and cook until crisp-tender (5–6 minutes).
  • Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Return sausage to pan, toss together, cook 2 minutes.
  • Finish with lemon juice and parsley. Serve warm.
