- 2 medium zucchinis spiralized
- 1 lb chicken breast sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 carrot julienned
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1- inch ginger
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp chili flakes optional
Spiralize zucchini, slice chicken, prep veggies.
Whisk together sauce ingredients.
Cook chicken in oil until golden, remove.
