- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika optional
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil or butter optional for searing
