- 12 fresh jalapeños
- 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preferred variety)
- Green onions (optional, for garnish)
Cut the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and half the shredded cheese.
