Ingredients
  

  • 12 fresh jalapeños
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese  (cheddar or your preferred variety)
  • Green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds.
  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and half the shredded cheese.
  • Stuff the jalapeños with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  • Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  • Garnish with diced green onions if desired. Let them cool for a minute before serving.
